Guam Congressional Office Wreath Laying Ceremony in Honor of Guam’s Liberation During World War II
In partnership with the Guam Congressional Office here in Washington, D.C. and with the Honorable James C. Moylan, the Guam Congressional Delegate, we are honored to share the following information provided by the Congressional Office for this year’s annual Wreath Laying Ceremony.
The Congressional Office returns the Wreath Laying Ceremony to Arlington National Cemetery at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in commemoration of the 81st Anniversary of the Liberation of Guam.

DATE: Wednesday, July 9, 2025
TIME: Arrival Time: 8:30AM / Ceremony: 9:15AM
LOCATION: Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Arlington National Cemetery,
Arlington, Virginia
ATTIRE: Business Casual
If you are planning to attend this ceremony, escorts coordinated by the Guam Congressional Office will be at the entrance, but you will need to provide the following vehicle information for vehicle access for the event by 9:00 AM, Thursday, July 3, 2025: Make, Model, Year and License Plate.
