SUPPORT THE GUAM SOCIETY AND WIN GREAT PRIZES!

The Guam Society of America, Inc. is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission of promoting the traditions and culture of Guam in and around the DC Metro Area and throughout the United States.

2024 is a milestone year for our organization as we celebrate Guam’s 80th Liberation. To continue our tradition, the Guam Society of America, Inc. is hosting our annual Liberation Celebration on Saturday, July 13, 2024.

By participating in one of our raffles or by making a monetary donation, your support will allow us to continue to keep this event free to the public.

The Guam Society of America, Inc. also sponsors several events throughout the year, including our Cherry Blossom Princess Coronation Ball, the Roberto LG Lizama Memorial Golf Classic, and Chamorro Night. The Guam Society is also proud to award annual college scholarships, providing over $10,000 in scholarships to our community since its inception.

POTLUCK STYLE EVENT

Entertainment includes a DJ, dancing, Chamorro dancers, raffle prizes, a “village tent” decorating contest, kids’ games, and more.

VENDOR INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at this year’s Liberation Celebration. Please review the following information for our vendor guidelines.

Fee

  • 10×10 – $25 OR donation of an item to be raffled
  • 10×20 – $40 OR $25 w/ donation of an item to be raffled

 

  • Event is being held on an active military base.
  • Setup time is from 9AM–11AM and cleanup is from 6PM–7PM
  • Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and tents for the event and are responsible for personal set up, and clean up after.
  • Vendors will be notified of application decision within 5 business days of submission.
  • Approved vendors must complete fee payment within 5 business days of notification.
